General Terms & Conditions of Sale

Refund policy:

Goods will only be refunded in full if they are wrongly supplied, defective or damaged in transit. Goods will not be refunded, even if defective or incorrectly supplied if tyres have been fitted so customers must check the fitment of their wheels prior to fitment of tyres. Goods will only be refunded once they have arrived at our warehouse & return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Cancellation policy:

All special orders must be paid for when order is placed, once order has entered into production it may not be canceled & full payment will be taken. Stock orders may be canceled before products are shipped without charge, if goods have been shipped then all carriage costs must be paid by the customer as well as a 15% handling charge. 10 Days after a stock item have been shipped it will no longer be returned for credit.

Delivery timescales:

Stock orders will be shipped within three days of receipt of order & payment, whereas special orders will be shipped within 10-14 days unless otherwise notified.
